This is a platform for industry and education where your experience is your keywords, your previous work and personality is your converter and your availability + location is your traffic.

Our platform will rank algorithmically. Based on performance reviews, volume developed and engagement.

Your skill 'listing' is your advisory category with your best work/ imagery or statistics. You have a public social feed to tag relevant work and 10 listing images for you to display your best highlights. Your listing title is your job or skill you are offering to advise on.

Your time is purchased for advisory and recommendations on any level of development you advertise. Your platform performance success is based on engagement and volume. You will be able to generate your own allegorical system for finding work. Each skill is a product and your time schedule is purchased based on preference.

You would have full control of your own calendar. Your pay rate 'recommendations' increases the higher you rank--. Allowing for anyone to rise in any industry as others drop into different professions.

This platform is not based on execution. This would be an advisory/ remote assistance and recommendation based platform. If you're incapable of advising, you can 'send job' or refer instantly and save everyone time and money. If you have a skill you can sell it or find any skill to advise or assist in your development stages.

I want to give access to the best minds. Where you pick who you work with and can choose a variety of professionals in that industry to engage with.

Many individuals are unable to develop innovations because of legalities, funding, competition or most importantly -->'reach'.

Members would refer users to solutions and be ranked by users and their 'referred' member category.

PLATFORM RANKINGS- how they work.

If your unfamiliar with typical product sales platforms. It categorizes as volume sold, price, keywords and also engagement on a seller level. Imagery, listing descriptions and titles are also important when updates occur. This experience or art of selling is all the skills you will need to master my platform. Which you will learn as you gain ranking through this platform.

REVIEWS -how they work

'User generated compliance and performance reviews'

Each review is published to your listing page with a ranking of 5 stars. Both member and user will leave a published reviews on each other's page to note the last job discussed and overall experience with this member.

You can 'upgrade' your 'ranking' or remove any reviews with donation work. There is no punishment for inability, just solutions to improve.

NFT collections would be 'patented' ideas ready for development with advised quotes on target funding needed to develop and limited 'skill level' allocated to execute. You have to be ranking high to execute curtain jobs for certain NFTs. Depending on the process and development needed. You can sell unlimited pieces of these NFT at various tiers'- licensing or investment.

The registered owner/ creator remains noted for anyone to contact on the platform for advisory. The 'hive' NFT collection collaborators would ultimately decide the loyalty for the creators and investors. Removing capitalism in investment. Volume and innovation are all that is left to convert your concept. If it's a good innovation you will have volume, you don't need to 'recover' loss and the innovation industry could move in a humanitarian positive way. (Give free to who needs it) NFTs will be evaluated by legal associates prior to publishing. (Can you protect Patent or license it)

The NFT is owned by the 'members' of the platform NFT collection and benefits of the innovation are decided on as a hive. You're rewarded with points for positive impact.

All Subscriptions and platform revenue from users and members are decided on as a hive where to invest. If you're a part of the members or NFT/ innovation creators, you obtain voting rights and are requested to participate in development via voting for one of three options given to you to enhance the platform.

A system of rotating seats (selected experts) on the top of their category will decide the direction of the needs of their field. Using subscription funds from users in their selected category three choices will be presented by the current seat holders and the hive decides where to spend the funds. If you stay at the top of your industry you remain in a rotating seat. The concept of jury duty. But for business logistics. And economic growth.

Businesses/economy's (eco systems) need three things logistically

Director - vision

Developer - execution

Logistics - legal

Titles like CEO CTO they are just made up to describe the above three assets. An Adam and Eve type concept will take effect. The creators/ directors of the innovation vision remain in one seat while the other two seats rotate.

For example I created this vision. I am a director I remain in a director seat. This will apply to all NFT xreators or new innovators,

The top three of each industry/ category will decide the needs of their 'hive' For example the top three is Master Student, Master Builder, Master Leader. These are loose versions of jobs needed to develop an eco system/ economy.

New 'users' or 'NFT creators/ innovators' would be Students, Builders are a variety of things between the Creator and the Seller The leaders are 'experienced seller's of a specific field' This is the first COG in this hypothetical wheel of 'honey combs'

The "masters' are in rotating seats of three to decide what is the need's of the Masters Hive. What would make students lives easier? Builders lives? Where does your 'hive' want to spend their subscription funds. Three choices will be presented to the 'hives' users and they decide the level of importance

'Hypothetically' The students needs (im hoping) are low and want to spend on fixing the current world? The builders want to develop and the leaders want to 'make sure it goes well' the leaders direct the movements with experience.

The saying the student is the teacher is what I'm encouraging. I am teaching so I can learn. I am the first master student.

EDUCATION - how it works.

A feed will display and post 'jobs' or available questions listed to be answered. So when I have a random physics question. I can post it for $10 and see if someone will take the job. So for example. After posting your question to the 'category' feed, you're sent the details of an available member willing to accept the offer.. so '@jeff- science student- with a profile (hi I'm Jeff I can answer your science and physics questions, I study at blah blah and I will answer your question 90%.. or however the member feels comfortable advertising their answering capabilities.

This will be a contract.. The user agrees to pay @jeff for that (like the feeling of calling your cousin, he may have the right answer he would definitely have insight) ... Or they can wait for someone else to do it with better qualifications which could potentially be a long wait time for quality advice at low priced offers. Or this user with a question, could increase their category 'rank' minimum for their question to areas with cost minimums. So professors are min $xx for a question so on and so on.

You can post a question and say donate the answer and anyone can accept to answer for free, upgrading their 'members' rank without needing user's to buy their time. You can search questions and join funding so a group of people can ask the same question from a professor by 'grouping' their offer costs like a shared uber ride.

With like minded people following their curiosity you grow rapidly. They encourage. I personally don't have many friends that like, physics, programming, design pretty much all the stuff I'm good at. I could easily post a question or topic on this platform saying- pay you $10 to answer this quickly. Can you theroetically put a mirror in space take a photo of the earths reflection and see the earth in the past? Or is it possible to disperse minerals and particles needed to create new life through a black hole to explode elsewhere ultimately birthing new potential worlds.

YOUR PROFILE - how it works.

Your profile is a honeycomb tunnel. At the initial login you will find your most active activities/requests/ invites. Above your tunnel (zoom out) is your mini hive- friends and work colleges- and then their 'mini hive' is 'viewed', transparent/ private behind them.

Zoom out again and see the entire hive by location in colours of jobs and 'active' rainbows (active for instant contact if available or not). So I'm a designer I have a little blue in my rainbow or I'm a marketer so I have a little red (this is just for quicker visuals)

I want to create a 'world map' of needs. What does this area need? So the final zoom is a world health gauge. You will see the level of needs in some countries.

Your private profile room will also have a (Flower) Concept. Your petals are your needs. Work- love- interaction- etc But this is private only to you and we can see the colour of the rainbow on a (loose location) level interface.

We STILL need execution in life always this is creative and develop.- to make more time for industry professionals and anyone who is asked 'Hey can you tell me'-- this is for everyone!. this is a remote assistance- learning and development platform that's focussed on equality.

The first NFT/investment the hive shares is the platform itself. We use the money to fix the issues we want to address as a hive and we monitor our own well being in the process. Are we connecting with loved ones enough? are we learning much this month? what's our funds? our shelter needs?- This is a loose questionnaire I dont want to know it, if you don't want to tell me. However, for example if you had a low love petal and your in my hive. id send you a DM to fill the 'bar' up. its like a virtual cup.If you needed funds you can always do a 'fund me' so we can get you the right teachers or abilities.

We are based on the concept -teach a man to fish - not give a man a fish. the profile 'needs- flower' concepts can come way later. This is just so our growing hive can properly address real issues after the development stages. which will be maybe 7 years away 'ish' - lets just go with a random number.

My priorities are virtual private rooms for assets and NFTs, private video and message, Calendar and booking automation, profile customising expansions, algorithmic tagging and sequencing.

This is a free platform for users (only costing me time as I developed everything so far. However anyone that joins to develop this platform will also be paid with NFT segments once we create the NFT system. I will subscribe users once I can give them segments.
